"When we checked into our first room we immediately requested a different room. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. The 2nd room was worse. The floors again were not even vacuumed. The toilet had stains on it and don’t even want to think of what that was. We immediately left the hotel. Still waiting to hear about a refund it was that bad!"

"Ive stayed here many times, everyone is always friendly. Rooms are clean and near the london bridge. They have been remodeling for a little bit now but are always accomidating to our needs."

"Pool rather small not many chairs. Coffee great breatfast minimal. Bagels hard. Would stay again as great for the money and a one or two day stay"
