Independent, Haverfordwest hotels

"I’m always a tad concerned when others call a hotel quirky (what’s one person’s quirky is another person’s odd) but this word is very spy in a very positive way. I’ve never known such a relaxed hotel; the staff (with absolutely no exceptions) went out of their way to engage, chat, explain, facilitate… anything you could want. Early morning coffee I could take on a walk, move cars so mine could charge up, move tables so I could get a great view ( their idea not mine). As a woman travelling on her own, hotels can be daunting, unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Not this one! Yes my room was a tad noisy (but their website did warn of this) and I had to share a bathroom; I didn’t care a doodle! I will definitely be back! "

"Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everything was perfect. Fabulous accommodation and breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Staff very friendly and good service. Will definitely be returning "

"It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely. Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely. It was like being in a fairy tale. "Comfortable room- good facilities- fridge, kettle and coffee machine- fresh milk, tea bags and pods provided. Continental breakfast was good, cooked breakfast in sister hotel was also very good. Lounge room was great space for all of the group to congregate in the evening "
