business stopover

business stay for few days. In good position for my needs. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and with a harvester right next door within walking distance for evening meal, all in all a very pleasant stay.

Quality and value stop over

A great place to stay on route or when visiting family or businesses locally. All you need for a stop over and at a good price. Good hot breakfast though only described as Continental

Noisy stay throughout Too expensive for area Breakfast was not good enough Bed was bad due to the mattress being split in two halves. Very noisy night due to banging and lorries leaving depot throughout the night

Nice new hotel!

This hotel is easy to find and at the time of writing, fairly new! Bright and modern feel to it, it was very clean, the room was reasonably spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower.

Perfect for an inexpensive weekend break

We had 3 rooms booked over the Duxford Air Show weekend. The hotel is very convenient for Duxford and a short drive to Cambridge. Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect for the weekend visit.

Very good

1 night stay. Nice clean modern room and ensuite, ground floor. Ideal for disabled as the rooms had wheelchair wide doors and the shower was a wet room designed with the disabled in mind.

Good facilities in good location

Used for an overnight stay to attend a family Wedding near at Sturmer Hall. Worked well as close, and we were able to get a taxi to and from Wedding.

Superb Choice

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is clean and well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, the reception staff are very friendly and the room was in superb condition. Breakfast had everything we needed to set us up for the day. There is a Harvester adjoining where we went for our evening meal and the food was absolutely first class.

Ok for the price and location

A one night stay for work. The hotel was chosen because of the proximity to where I had to be the following day. The hotel was as I had expected, not spotlessly clean but not really bad. There were a couple of things that caused me a problem while there - the worst being that the lights tripped out and I was left in the dark, but the front desk staff resolved it very quickly and were helpful whenever I had any queries. There was a little noise from other guests, doors being slammed shut and people in the corridor area, but in general it wasn't too disruptive. Breakfast in the morning was a basic buffet selection with a small hot food selection too. There is a pub on site for evening meals, though I didn't use it.

I never had a room and I am trying to contact you to find out why as it was the night I got married, on calling them to see when I could bring my bag they new nothing of me. This hotel was the only place I could book so close to my marriage not my first choice but to then have no choice with an upset bride was a total disaster just wanted to thank you for that G gibson

I had a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic. The only grudge i had was i was told to pay for my room when i checked out but had alrwady paid for it prior. Someone elses bank details were attached to my check in card which was an admin area. Even when i pointed this mistake out and the card number was incorrect the guy at reception still insisted i pay for the room again. He didnt listen and put someone elses card details against my room which was very unethical.

Just what we needed for a family wedding

Never having stayed in this area before we were somewhat apprehensive about the accomdation but we needn't have worried - everything was fine.
