Bonnie, Thanks so much for your feedback. I apologize for the trouble with TV's in your room, I am glad we did get one going for you, but I will definitely look into the matter. The pool is under construction at the moment thank you for pointing out that I am in need of placing more signs and info about this, the hot tub is in need of new paint I assure you this will be getting done soon, as it does appear that way but is safe and clean tested and approved daily. And lastly, we are updating and being instructed on the phone system in hopes that doesn't happen again. Anonymous, please accept our deepest apologies regarding the issues with our pool. After coming under ownership of the property, we unfortunately inherited some problems with the pool. Our pool is currently closed until further notice because we are actively doing extensive maintenance on it, to ensure minimal issues in the future. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future. You can find us on Facebook where we always post pool closures. Please also feel free to call us directly at the hotel to book your stay, where we can hopefully notify you of pool closures.
