"We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the long wait every time we went to reception. The one receptionist was constantly caught up on long reservation query calls. The hotel needs to free up the receptionist to take care of exisiting guests!"

"The hex wildlife hotel was fantastic and when twined with the wildlife park that we could see out of our bedroom suit made a fabulous end to a most memorable break Although all of the restaurants and reception were in seperate buildings it didnt impact our stay at all and the staff were excellent ..."
