Overall a very good hotel.
English speaking staff, effecient cleaning staff, excellent service. Staff is highly competent.
Room was very nice and quiet. Very easy to relax and rest here.
Laundry service is excellent.
Close to public transport, severel restaurants in the area, and close to Osaka Castle Park and Osaka-jo Hall.
I recommend Them.

"Would not do again. Dirty, vermin, the smell of smoke was overwhelming, breakfast was underwhelming. I sleep on floor futon so I can handle hard surfaces, but the beds were lumpy and cheap. Would do capsule instead. Not as close as you think to the station. Onsen was dirty."
