The basics

Well I think it is a little over-priced (60Euro) compared to other similar accommodation I have stayed in in Spain, as it really is a truckstop sort of place. The proprietor was friendly enough. Breakfast, which was included, was minimal in choice, served in the bar area, cake and tostados was the choice. The coffee was better than average. Room was clean with minimal accoutrements. It was a clean bed for the night thing next to the freeway.

They seemed surprised by our arrival and it took 15 minutes on their computer to let us check in. Our main problem was that it was COLD. The heating in our room was OFF and was not put on till 10 pm - we had arrived at 4 pm - and it was turned off again during the night so freezing cold when we woke. We were also surprised to find no blankets on the bed(s), but there were 3 blankets (between 2 beds!) in a cupboard - OK as we used a double bed but awkward for two singles. But the water in the bathroom was very hot. The evening meal was good with varied choice, very reasonably priced, but the servings were too large for us. A very convenient place for a night's rest, close to the motorway, but a couple of miles from where the website map shows it (out in the country on the wrong side of the motorway) and it took us almost an hour to find it.
