"The room was very clean the staff he was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have no breakfast cause I woke up too late and the air conditioning and the heat unit was on point. It was very good."

The Lofts On Ponce
"It was not clean. It had bed bugs and we had bites. We had to leave and go to another hotel. We dropped some water on the floor and got it up with paper towel and paper towel was nasty. We sent pictures of the bites and have not yet received anythung back from them."

Ocean Lodge Resort
"They advertise that you can see the ocean from your balcony - but only if you are standing up. There is at least a 3’ cement bannister that blocks your view. When you call for assistance it goes to voice mail and the mail box is full. Two parts of the shower were broken. You can’t sit on your balcony ..."
