"Clean,friendly,lovely location and nice staff. For a three star it’s definitely only just missing out on being a four star as was hard to fault and we had a great two nights there. Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Will be staying again as loved our visit and did some great walking in the local area."

"It definitely had the old English charm that I was looking for. My room overlooked the waterway which was nice. There’s a Costco close enough to get anything you might have forgotten. The pub next door served the complementary breakfast and other meals throughout the day. On Friday night they had live entertainment which was very nice."

All the ameanities you could want - Netflix, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped little kitchen. They even leave a lovely little goody basket with milk, orange juice, crisps, breakfast cerial, etc. Local area has lots of food outlets, bars, supermarkets too."

"Very nice apartment and was perfect for our stay. Host even left us food & breakfast on our arrival which was a very nice touch. Lovely clean rooms and nice location, only 15 minute taxi in central manchester! Would highly recommend for such a great price and will definitely use again in the future."
