"Reservation was for a room in the tower portion of the hotel. Upon check-in I was informed that due to over booking we were moved to a room in the older section of the hotel. There were also 2 loud parties going on at the facility that there was no notice of."

"I will tell you what I do a lot of traveling and I’ve lodged quite a few of the Motel 6 throughout the United States! But in all honesty, nothing comes close to Jim and his Motel 6 south in Santa Maria on Main St., California. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I had to switch rooms due to a little bit of noise from the next-door neighbor, but it was taken care of swiftly. Everything was just spot on and he’s like this all the time. He’s just a good man and he runs a super structured business and he’s good to everybody every walk of life and him and his wife have great sense of humor. They have very funny personable people they make you wanna come back and that’s exactly what I will do over and over thank you Jim for making my sometimes complicated life a lot simpler respectfully Brian M Majors"
