"I am appalled that Hotels.com would have this horrible place on their site! I would like a refund as I could not even sleep in the room! The bed was really hard and made clucking noise whenever I moved on it. I had to hang two towels over the front window curtains to block out the light as there were only sheer curtains on the windows. The lock was only a simple door knob lock and as a strange man was grilling his supper right outside my door in front of his door, I was worried the door would now be enough to stop anyone from breaking in! There was not even a bar of soap to wash my hands! I booked this as I believe most people do by looking at the pictures. They showed a pretty pond and nice outside areas, none of this was there! The property was extremely run down and did not seem safe. I will never use hotels.com and unless reimbursed, will tell everyone I know, that they have bad hotels on their site and do not care about their customers! Lynda Yankovich "

"Room was clean and breakfast was super yummy."

"Disrupted by group of 18 y/o at 630am Saturday morning, girls having verbal arguments in hallway, not calming down, cursing, screaming, it was a mess. Staff tried to intervene but ended up calling police, 3 cars had to respond. Incident when on for over an hour, woke up everyone on 4th floor. Not the way wife and I intended to celebrate her birthday, made us nervous about things."

"We stood at this hotel because the reviews were the best in the area… we were not impressed. We are generally pretty easy to please but regretted staying at this location… Pros - water pressure was amazing and showers were hot… air conditioning/heater worked well.. Cons - beds were extremely uncomfortable and rock hard; we walked in to old dried washed blood on the comforter and immediately pulled it off the bed with the next set of blankets. The next day it was replaced with another dirty blanket. We ended up going to Walmart on Day one to buy sheets which we put up everyday. The shower floor was peeling and rusted. The breakfast was inedible we ended up just eating cereal every morning. The check in gentleman was very nice but he was the only person we saw for literally 4 days. I would not stay here again! "

"Yes good parking and the A/C works. Need it some dusting. The toilet tank run on and off. I only stayed one night. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast not great. But i will be back. Good price and location for one person. Pretty quiet at night considering there were a lot of construction Crews."
