Deserves its excellent ratings!
I walked in the lobby and the front desk clerk was down near the floor, cleaning the lighted front of the desk. No one was around to see that, she didn't even hear me come in. These employees take pride in their workplace! Check-in and check-out were great. The staff has been well-trained to be gracious and polite. Travelers appreciate genuineness after a long day. Love this place.

We’ve stayed here several times and it is one of two places at which we’ve stayed when visiting our daughter at Denison. It is always clean, hot water works, electrical outlets work and is generally what we expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
