"The heat in my room was at 26 the whole time and could not be turned down. I advised the staff and they came to the room 3 times and couldnt fix it. I booked the room with the hot tub. They helpdesk agent informed me that the manager would come and check my room and probably change me rooms. At midnight my room was so uncomfortable and hot it woke me up and I had to go dowstairs to complain againg. They finally change me room and I had to move everything into another room in the middle of the night. I got a standard room with no hot tub like I paid for. Very dissapointed. The next morning the same staff member was at the lobby. I advised him I was never helped like he had promised me the night before. He apologized and said his shift was over and the next person never followed up on my problem."

"Everything I could possibly need for a longer stay was there. The suite was comodious. Some corners of the room and bathroom showed some light wear and tear, but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was better than I expected and the checkout time is totally reasonable."
