"We found a treasure in the Heber community! We pulled up to this darling Victorian style renovated home that had neatly groomed grounds. Walking in to the entrance we found the main parlor area was set up for the breakfast area in an elegant fashion. Our room was the Royal Spa Suite. The entry had a sitting room with a table. The bedroom area was beautiful accentuated with beautiful paintings, furniture and bed covering. The bath space had a perfectly sized walk in shower, separate toilet area and jack and Jill sink. (They thought of everything and included a dark hand towel for makeup) BRILLIANT!! The bath was a corner jetted tub was clean and worked perfectly! When booking the room we had an option to extend checkout to 12:30 for an additional $20! Worth it! We even added the chocolate dipped strawberries that we enjoyed in the bath with some wine! Breakfast!!: Included in the room! We were able to custom build an omelet and a crepe! You would be foolish to miss out on this treasure of an experience! Mike and Chris are an asset to their community! I hope they venture out and to the same thing in other communities across the state! BOOK THIS ROOM NOW! Heather and Daniel ❤️"

"Ceiling light was a bulb and pull chain, that's all. Bedding did not seem clean, pillows very thin. No hint how to operate the room heater, I finally figured it out. Some instructions posted would have been nice. Shower faucet mixer is loose and did not work for my wife. The room was a real disappointment. Will not stay here again, but you get what you pay for."

"This is essentially an apartment building outside of park city by about 15 mins. No daily housekeeping, semi clean rooms, staff was low functioning and mostly unhelpful. We were unable to check in early on our day arrival despite being told it would be available before hand. The girl at the front desk told us there were a large volume of early check ins (there was not another soul on property, but she must have thought we didn’t notice). The pool deck was covered in dead bees. There is loud construction directly outside the property starting very early in the morning until dark. On the plus side, it was quiet inside and the gym was pretty well stocked."

"The bathroom shower head in our room was too high and got water everywhere! The bathroom floor was flooded and almost got to the front door. The staff was understanding and moved us to a 2 room suite that was pretty cool even though it was just for 1 night. I really hope they fix the issue, the wall next to shower had been patched up as though that issue had happened before:("

"It was nice having laundry facilities available and the hot tub was really enjoyable."

"Clean but smelled funky. Old cheap furniture. Good enough for a good sleep. You get what you pay for. Grateful for a decent mattress."
