"The room was in great condition, but the temperature wasn't able to be adjusted, so it was very warm all night, which made sleeping difficult. The staff were friendly, and the pool and gym were very nice."

"Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and Top-Notch Service
My stay at the Marriott Hotel in Richmond was exceptional from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful scent the moment I walked in. The 18th floor offered breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot to watch both the sunset and sunrise — truly a highlight of the stay.
The bathroom was spacious, fully stocked, and immaculately clean, which made getting ready a breeze. We did need a few extra towels, and the staff was more than accommodating, bringing them up promptly with a smile.
The TV in the room was large, making it easy to enjoy a movie after a long day. And having a Starbucks in the hotel was such a great touch, especially for those who need a late check-out. It’s the perfect place to grab coffee and unwind before you go.
Overall, this Marriott exceeded expectations. Amazing views, excellent service, and all the little touches that make a stay memorable. Highly recommend!"
