"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. "Overall everything is very nice. The only two complaints are both kind of strange. Number one, the toilet is very low to the ground. Probably six to eight inches lower than normal. And the recliner that they have in the room looks very inviting but is broken in three different areas. Other than that very nice."
