Our King room was spacious. We liked the vanity arrangement- useful for two guests to be there at the same time. We valued the shuttle to the airport and help with our bags. Unfortunately, ongoing extreme noise from the highway made sleep difficult.

I had experience with two different staff members one during the day was not as friendly and helpful. The gentleman working night was very nice and helpful. The bathroom had long hair in the floor which no one in my group has long hair. There is no where close for dinner and drinks.

Easy ck in, facilitiy met all our needs. It was dark when we arrived, so limited view of area. We only stayed 7 hrs, but no complaints. Appreciate the service of leaving car parked at hotel and shuttle to airport. Staff pleasant and helpful

The property was very nice and clean, the shower had great pressure and temperature, the room appliances were great and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I liked the way that they were constantly cleaning while breakfast was going on and were very attentive to our needs. The best part was the customer service. We felt that Anit, Pearl and co. cared about our comfort and needs, and did all they could to address them. We’ve had four hotel stays within the last week, and this location was by far the best! The big difference? Customer service!!!

Location and shuttle to airport was convenient. We booked room with 2 beds and they gave us 1 king. They did fix but was an inconvenience. Paint on drapes, bath tub was stained. Beds were comfortable. Overall hotel in need of updates. Worked fine for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable and room overall was clean.

This hotel is fine. However, we were placed on top floor near what appeared to be resident rooms. We had a non-smoking room, but residents were smoking outside our room. With the door not properly sealed and with a wide crack between the door and wall, we could smell the smoke.

You can tell that the place is being worked on. The first room assignmen, the key would not work. All of the doors have been broken into and patched with metal. The young gentleman put us in a different room that had a deadbolt but no chain or bar safety. There was no one manning the property in the morning which delayed us in getting to the airport. Maybe it is just Not ready yet

Rooms are ok but not great they are dated and a lot of furniture in the room and just got a vibe of an offices with furniture and giant vanity area. The staff however were super nice and very helpful we had left a camera in our room and the man at the front desk at 5:30 in am brought it to us at the airport so he made a second trip back he was a life saver!! They were all very nice!!

The hotel provides really good value. I needed a place from 3am to approx 8am due to a delayed flight. The staff was really really friendly and the price was only $79 for 1 night which is a good price I feel for a decent included breakfast. I stayed in room 217, which happened to be next to thebl elevator. If you're a light sleeper I would avoid or call and ask to make sure you're not next to the elevator. If you have allergies you may want to inquire about staying in animal tree rooms as well.

Property is fine for early morning flights and being able to leave your car parked in their lot instead of making another stop at Fast Park or similar. Taking you to the airport is a breeze and they are one time. However, getting back to the hotel on your return is a hassle. We called at 3pm and was told they’d be there about 3:40!! What?! The drive takes 5-10 max! No reason given. No apologies. That’s just the way it is.

Somuch nicer than i expected. Front desk got my name right, both days. And having the airport shuttle start at 4am was fabulous. Room was very clean and comfortable.
