"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care. "

"I was charged higher than the booking price at the property (chose payment at property) The room had this stuffy smell and the shower wasn't so clean."

"Hotel as expected in this price range. Bad experience with automated check. It wasn't working, fortunately I could call help line and got assistance this time. Not so easy though if you don't speak German."

"The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service. "

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind."
