"I had a pretty positive experience here. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was quite clean. They’re updated some areas so there was some ongoing construction at the time, but it didn’t disturb us at all. My kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The pool area was nice enough and had some areas to sit. The room had a bit of a musty odour but my kids didn’t complain. The breakfast buffet was quite good with lots of hot options. That far exceeded my expectations. Staff there and most of the front staff were really nice. It was convenient with a target, McDonald’s and some store nearby by. Easy enough to get into Ithaca and close enough to several State parks we visited. I’d come back for sure. My only complaint would be the key cards don’t unlock all of the side doors and some areas are seemingly open. They seem to get locked at night. But I’d have preferred the doors to the outside locked, and opened by a key cards. Overall, a fairly priced and convenient place."

"Toilet was leaking water on the floor, tv did not work, 2 lights were burned out. Our room was changed and the second room was fine. Some breakfast items were inedible."

"Most beautiful property with a path to the State Park entrance. We stayed in the Falls Suite in the original Inn & were blown away by the finishes and attention to detail. Beautiful view over the lake and a walkout to a massive deck that felt private. Very comfortable stay"

"We very much enjoyed our stay here, it’s just a few miles north of the town of Watkins Glen. We had a one bedroom cabin which was plenty of room for my husband and I. Very clean! Air conditioning worked well. It was so nice to come back after exploring to sit on the porch and watch the sunset every day. There’s a table and chairs on the porch and we ate several meals out there. There are a few restaurants in the area that we liked; “Here” for breakfast and Scale House Brewery for a couple of dinners. Since we had the one bedroom, there wasn’t a full kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, and Keurig which was fine. Had a great time in the area."
