Go to Trysil if you are only on a winter weekend trip to Hedmark. SkiStar Trysil is the Trysil ski resort and has over 30 lifts and about 70 kilometres of ski runs. Finnskogen is a forest that lies partly in Norway and partly in Sweden. Finnskogleden (The Finn Forest Path) runs through Finnskogen and is a marked trail that stretches over 240 km. It gives you a good opportunity to experience this exciting area, which has an extensive history.
