Both gentleman concierges went well beyond the expected scope of their roles by being willing to not only recommend Dutch bakeries where ai might acquire a simple birthday cake, but also offer to source it for me while we were out enjoying the city. In the end, their recommended bakery nearby was PHENOMENAL and made the perfect impression for the recipient."
