"It was okay overall. The Netherlands seems to have a broader staffing issue at the moment, and you can feel it in the service at times, with things often feeling slow, understaffed, or lacking a bit of care and attention.
One thing to be aware of is the room location. If you get a room on the station side, it genuinely feels like you are sleeping underneath the train tracks because of the noise.
That said, the hotel delivers well on practicality and convenience. It served its purpose for me while dealing with delayed Eurostar travel and the chaos that came with it."
