"All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good. The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information. "Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal."

"Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Very willing to solve some problems(9euro for 3 breakfest was realy for 1 breakfest, they offered 2 free of charge by theyr hospitality). Price for patio with kitchen and balcony great. Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc."

"Exceptional in every way! Will definitely be back again. Came for the thermal healing waters, but was blown away by the incredible dining, staff, pools, room, treatments and atmosphere. What a wonderful experience and an absolute treat! Thank you everyone for an awesome stay! "
