Front desk staff was very nice and we were able to check in earlier than expected which was a relief after a long flight. The room was so pretty, with a view out over the river. The vaulted cellar was also a great space with a nice variety for breakfast. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel the day of checkout while we explored more of Heidelberg. Would stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and classy and in walking distance of old town and the castle. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was Labor Day holiday so there were a lot of parties and it was loud at night.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and the place was clean and beautiful and very comfortable for us. We were in the unit on the top floor that had two bedrooms so we have views out on the river and into old town that were stunning.

Great Little hotel!

We only stayed one night but really loved this place! Very clean and in a great part of the city. A little bit of a hike up a lot of stairs to get to the castle but fun to hike if you are prepared for that. Really no parking even though it advertises that there is parking nearby. We had to park far away and walk back. Overall we would recommend Villa Marstall if you are ok with walking.

Nice villa right on the river and a block over from the pedestrian zone. The top floor suite was clean and comfortable, although a tall person would have issues walking around with the slanted ceilings.

The hotel room was clean & comfortable. Had all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for seeing the sights and in the heart of old town. The front desk girl who checked us in was so friendly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
