Amazing hotel, amazing staff! Will definitely book again. I booked 3 rooms - which were fabulous. Staff were very helpful and understanding - I came with my mother for doctor appointment and they were very helpful and understanding, helping with the wheelchair, luggage, reservation. Thank you!

The staff were wonderful, the room has a fridge, a/c, coffee machine - perfect. If you drive there, it requires no turns to get there from the autobahn, the entrance is wide open to get off the street and the parking is underground, at a reasonable rate. It is an easy walk to the local tram station for city wide travel. For walking to the shopping/dining district, also requires no turns, just a straight line easy walk. We will stay here again for sure.

Had a lovely stay here! The staff was wonderful, and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the storage area prior to check-in. Bicycles were available for rent, which makes old town a quick hop away. Small but quiet and well-designed room with comfy furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, the staff were polite and friendly, the premium room spacious (even with an extra bed in for our kid), we also appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods. I forgot my hair brush but requested one via the hotel web service and it cwas delivered to our room within 15 mins. The location is convenient just a 10 min walk from the station/Flixbus stop and about 15 mins to the start of the old town. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. Heidelberg itself was also lovely, well worth the visit for a long weekend!

Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. We opted not to go for breakfast so can't comment on the food, but the drinks at the bar were great. Would definitely stay again, by far our best stay in Heidelberg so far!!
