Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg.

Beautiful modern hotel just 15 minute walk to the centre. Staff was very kind and helpful. Underground hotel parking was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from the buffet and or from the menu which was included with the breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was very good. We just had trouble with the parking, it said there was space while there wasn’t any space When I went inside to ask where we can safely park they were not very helpfull.
