It was a very nice hotel. We found free street parking and it was an easy 20 minute tram ride to the Christmas market.

Very nice hotel near train and trams. Spacious clean rooms with plenty of towels. Easy access to old town area. Free coffee on each floor. Safe and walkable area. Would stay here again.

5-10mins walk from the main station. It is quiet area and many construction going on. Staffs are amazing and kind. The room I stayed was universal and I believe wheel chair user friendly.

Hotel is behind the station and about 10 minutes walk away in the area being renovated. Tram runs into the old town so not a problem as it is a long walk.. Hotel is modern and great restaurant and bar. Lovely roof terrace. Couple of good restaurants nearby and a great wine bar.

Loved how the windows fully opened. The view of the courtyard is nice. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure, great volume and all the hot water I could want. The worst part of this hotel was we somehow missed that there was a rooftop patio, and it was gorgeous with a stunning view of the city! The location is perfect too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly. Modern decor, nicesoft ambient lighting. Super nice and clean neighborhood, opposite Aldi, Scheck-in and DM stores and restaurants. Just a minute walk to tram that takes you to old town. Definitely recommend.

Walkable from the HBF, which was terrific, but the immediate vicinity of this new hotel doesn't have a ton of charm. However, that was more than made up for by the beautiful, reasonably-priced rooms and the amazing rooftop terrace.

Impressed with our stay

A very nicely appointed hotel with comfy rooms and a good shower. Nice balcony. Our meal in the restaurant was tasty and the ambiance was nice. Nice coffee shops nearby for breakfast. No electric car charger in the car park under the hotel. We had a noon checkout but the room key deactivated before this. Getting it reactivated took far longer and more attempts than it should which was frustrating.

Very nice room with mountain views, lovely hardwood floors and fantastic amenities (sizable couch with cushions, USB outlets both at the desk as well as the bed, lots of well thought out storage options, well-stocked minibar albeit not free but reasonably priced, free espresso maker in the hallway). Bathroom made of very high quality materials, including natural stone.

The hotel is relatively new, and the staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel is overly warm and stuffy (by our standard anyway...and I notice others commented as well), the lobby, restaurant, hallways and especially in the rooms. The AC makes some effort, but is effective only to a degree. The rooms are very small (at least for 2 people). There is no bathroom vent/fan, so when taking a shower the main area gets even hotter from the steam. The beds are ok, but nothing special, and the bedding consisted of 1 comforter more suitable for winter. The restaurant and bar were nice. The web-site pictures of the rooftop terrace (which include S&P on the tables) might give you the impression that it is open for food or drink, but that was not the case when we were there.

Sitting in my room at 09:30 AM, the housekeeping staff just barges into my room without knocking the door or any other sort of warning. Felt uncomfortable and shocked however they didn't seem to care. Complained at check-out and the girl was apologetic. However I felt it was more of a formality without any seriousness for action

I asked at immediately after check in if i could move room as I was right next to the elevator and the noise would disturb me. I was told the hotel was full and that I couldn't be moved but I went on to the hotel website straight away and found that I could book a room of the same type at that time as they had availability. This really annoyed me but I didn't challenge as I was in the wrong frame of mind.
