Happy Stay

We didn’t notice the reception is not 7/24, we checked email when we arrived and found the code for the room key. That’s okay. Easy to access. The room is clean and good for family. But no air conditioning, only with fans. Has supermarket nearby in walking distance. Can buy and cook simple dishes in the room. The breakfast is incredible.

Super unkomplizierter CheckIn/Out Nette Dame an der Rezeption Zimmer war okay, kleinere Mängel die ich bei diesem Preissegment eigentlich nicht erwartet hätte, aber grundsätzlich nichts weltbewegendes. Es war größtenteils sauber, gab frische Handtücher/ Bettwäsche. Man hat nichts von anderen Hotelbesuchern mitbekommen. Generell ist die Gegend sehr ruhig, auch das hätte ich bei der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof nicht erwartet. Würde für einen Besuch in Heidelberg also jederzeit wieder hier einchecken:)

Överlag bra! Ligger väldigt nära tågspåren så det är omöjligt att ha balkongdörren öppen på natten, vilket hade behövts för det var varmt! Det ligger en bit från city men vi lyckades ta oss ner med spårvagn och buss. Rymligt och fräscht badrum.

Nettes Hotel

Nettes kleines Zimmer sehr sauber mit tollem Bad und Balkon, sehr gutem Frühstück und bequemen Betten. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise sehr angenehm, nur bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte Mann nicht schlafen weil dauernd Züge vorbeigefahren sind. Aber alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Wer auf Service weniger Wert legt , ist hier richtig . Der Zimmerpreis ist deshalb vergleichsweise günstig. Die Sauberkeit zumindest im Treppenhaus lies zu wünschen übrig. Unser Zimmer hatte beim betreten einen komischen Geruch. ( Möglicherweise von der Toilettenbelüftung) . Die Umgebung und Aussicht ist wenig einladend. Viele leerstehende ehemalige und ramponierte Firmengebäude. Relativ wenige Hotelparkplätze , welcher auch noch recht eng ist . Individuelles zubuchen des Frühstücks nur mit Voranmeldung. Wenn das nicht stört bzw. tagsüber eh außer Haus ist , kann hier sicher vernünftig logieren.

역에서 거리가 조금 있긴 하지만 못 걸어갈 정도의 거리는 아닙니다. 역에서 나와 직진으로 평지길만 걸어가면 되어서 어렵진 않았어요. 무엇보다 숙소가 정말 넓고 깨끗해서 이동하며 다녔던 여타 유럽 숙소들 중에 최고였습니다. 특히 주방시설이 좋았어요. 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋았구요. 다음번에 간다면 다시 머물고 싶어요 :)

Room itself was nice. Well decorated and had a kitchenette with sink. Had a balcony. However no air-con. Even in September i was too warm. I imagine its unbearable in the heat of summer. The resteraunt only did breakfast. No option for an evening meal. Staff were nice at the breakfast meal. I did have a problem one day where my card wouldn't open the breakfast room door, so i had to wait for someone to let me in. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. 20 minute walk to the train station, and then another long walk into town, or a 10 minute tram ride if you want. Just a bit too far from things.

非常糟糕的體驗 1.床單有大片污漬。 2.冰箱無法正常使用。 3.房間不通風，電風扇很小台，如果開窗會有許多蟲子。 4.洗衣服務很糟糕，將未完全烘乾的衣服折在一起。 5.第二天房卡無法感應；撥了至少十分鐘的緊急電話才有人接。 以上糟糕的體驗補償是免費停車2晚和免除洗衣費用。

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was uns genervt hat: wir haben für 15 Euro die Nacht eine Parkmöglichkeit gekauft. Leider funktioniert die Schranke zur Tiefgarage nicht zuverlässig. Demenstprechend mussten wir doch auf dem Hof, der für jeden zugängig ist Parken. Ansonten waren wir mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden.
