"I had a terrible experience with this place. I told them I'd be arriving in the middle of the night more than 24 hours in advance, and despite sending numerous messages, I never received the access codes. I was left stranded late at night, unable to resolve the issue. The next day, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. "Dirty bed sheets smelt of unwashed dirty hair. Reported it same night we were there but they said they will come next day to change it. Washed it in the washing machine instead. Used a whole pack of dettol wipes for the floor but it was still black. Son got bitten all over. Check under the mattress cover of the bed if you do intend to book. You will be grossed out and shocked. Wasting my energy to post this since I stayed only 2 nights but spare yourself this grotesque place"
