Almost everything about our stay was top-notch. The hot breakfast was not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard. The biscuits were rock hard and the sausage was dried out also.

Room was great and loved the river view balcony. My son had a great time playing in the river when the nice steps that were built on the property.

We loved the stream that was just outside the Hotel property, my husband and I sat on the swing just talking and loving the view.

The hotel rooms could use a bit of a refreshing. But the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The hotel was off the main road but still walkable. The breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, yogurts, cereals, and they also had eggs, waffles. All so you can start your day right. Had an enjoyable stay. Staff very nice.

We took a three day trip to Helen, Ga. This hotel was a perfect spot for us. We travel with our dog and this hotel is so friendly to pets. The breakfast was more than enough with lots of choices. We were able to park and walk to anything we wanted in the little town. I would stay here again.

I liked that its close to everything in Helen the sorrounding area is beautiful, however i was very dissapinted with my room it waa very spacious but dirty the carpet was dirty, the sheets on the bed were very nasty the pillow cases had blood on them and it looked like they hadn't been washed in ages! I had to go down to mycar and get pillows i always carry extra on my trips.

Great location! Just off the main street so it's quiet but everything is still very walkable. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Slightly dated (Which kind of fits in Helen) but the rooms are a decent size and still very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Best place ever
Fabulous from the minute we walked in. Accommodated every request we had plus updated us. Nice hot breakfast with lots of extra choices. The room was very large with very Comphy beds. Bath great with xtra large vanity. Shower hot and good water pressure. Loved the vies from balcony. Gorgeous lawn on river bank. Will definitely recommend and Wii return. Thanks staff for a perfect place for a holiday.

We loved this property right on the river. Our room was river view with a balcony and overlooked the beautiful scenery. The lobby was warm and inviting and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. A bonus was the covered parking. My only critique is that the facility needs to be freshened up a bit. Overall we enjoyed our three night stay and would return.

Room wasn’t clean. Fold out couch bedding needed to be changed. Tootsie pop stick still on sheets. When new sheets were brought up we got a look at the gross mattress. Food was left in microwave. Pillows were old and flat. Asked maid for towels the next day but never brought up, even after we asked her to just leave them on the table next to door. Worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in.

I liked that it is close to all the small markets and exhibits, you can leave your things and just walk around, the staff is very friendly. Thank you for your service. What I didn't like at all is that animals are allowed in the rooms, it's not hygienic at all. Next time I will try to find a place that does not allow animals in the rooms.

For the cost of the room I felt it could have been updated and in better condition. The hotel is certainly due a reface. Breakfast was a bit better then most for its options.
