""Adequate" will be the term. Room 201 has had pet accidents. Room smelled of dog urine, stains and sticky carpet. No running water from 5 am to 6 am then black water spouted into sink when it came back on. TV unusable, phone not hooked up to call front desk at 10 pm when I returned from my event. Clock on floor behind desk. Sheets and towels were clean. Bath fixtures dated but worked. When I talked with day staff regarding all above, she said she would credit my account, up until she found out I had booked through Expedia and not the hotel itself. Then she said she couldn't do a thing except tell the manager. It would be worth the drive to Perry to stay in a better room if you can."

"Property had not received our booking but luckily they had availability. Room was clean, staff were lovely and well meaning but we were given wrong information about breakfast. Don’t stay there on a Monday night- no dining options open and you have to go into town (the Mexican restaurant in McRae has average food but the biggest beer we’ve ever had) We were told they served breakfast on a Tuesday morning but discovered that was closed too so another trip back into town (found a family diner which was fun)."

"Hotel was decent for an overnight stay, it was a room to get out of the elements, not the best hotel, not the worst either. It is old, could use some remodeling, however, it was clean. I did bring my own sheets, towels, pillows and cleaning supplies. Imagine that mop going from hotel room to hotel room. Bring your own bleach, disinfectant, mop, an opt out of housekeeping. No holiday inn or better nearby. It was quiet, minded my own business, no one bothered me, and I didnt bother them. "
