Initially as we pulled into the parking lot, our impression was average to poor--the building was dated and not improved for quite a while...however going inside, everything looked and smelled clean, the young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful, and our room was very nice--seemed like the interior and bed had been updated/upgraded and the bathroom was clean--shower worked well...the breakfast was fantastic!... a nice gentleman who cooked eggs to order, toast,hasbrowns,bacon and sausage......would definitely stay again!

The hot tub was out of order. The dryer was out of order. The room was small. No closet, just hooks with hangers on the wall. No coffee pot in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location in a v between two busy streets was not desirable.

This place was pleasantly perfect. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful! There were people cooking eggs to order! The price was great as well. We'd stay here again the next time we were in the area.

Staff were wonderful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the cook was very sweet. My only complaint was the area - there were a lot of sketchy people in the parking lot and hanging around the dog relief area. As a mother traveling alone with my son, I did feel unsafe.

There was only one chair in the room- that was a desk chair that nearly sent ne to the floor; the floor was filthy (as were the bottom of our feet) the bed was so high i needed a step stoll to get into it. I realize that maybe if i had specified a handicap room things may have been better.

We checked in late evening and was greeted by Tabitha at the front desk. She was very welcoming and made me feel so welcome. Check-in was seamless and it was very refreshing at the end of a 10 hour drive. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Garbage was not collected (4 night stay). No clean towels offered although their policy was to change only after 3 days or upon request. the room pictured is not what i received.
