"Pool clean parking good. Policy of cleaning your room needs to be explained at check in. Drinks need to be colder supply of towels for long stay could go to 4"

"The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. "

"The room floors (carpet and tiles) were dirty. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped or vacuumed consistently. There was sewer smell inside the bathroom. Even when the air conditioning was turned on, you’ll be welcomed by entering the room with a musty smell, not sure if it was from the vent. Upon check out, I was told that there was a missing face towel and would be charged for it. I asked them to recheck because I am not interested in keeping any of their old, used, and smelly towels. The person checking said everything was accounted for. The hotel needs maintenance."

"Outstanding customer service. Hotel staff were friendly accommodating and always with a smile. They go out of their way to ensure customers have a relaxing and stress-free stay. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel, shops and Bars and Clubs to hang out at night. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. They have three garage indoor parking space which is very secure!"

"Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying for two nights here. I hate this place so much. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate and treat their guests like that. It’s very disrespectful and shows zero hospitality. Definitely no relaxation here."

"We had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the property’s beautiful location and charming atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic getaway — peaceful, intimate, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which really enhanced our experience. That said, there were a few issues that detracted slightly from our stay. The room unfortunately had little to no hot water, and the water pressure was quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub was not operable as advertised, which was disappointing since it was one of the features we were most looking forward to using. The dining area, while still warm and inviting, felt a bit dated and weathered. With some updates and a general refresh, the space — and the property overall — could truly match the incredible potential it already has. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a lovely place to stay with a lot of charm. With a few improvements and updates, it could easily become an exceptional destination for couples seeking a romantic escape. Don't s used to train our models. Learn more"
