"We would appreciate being supplied with facecloths (rather than using up additional hand towels). We left at 5:15am and we're surprised to be told that the early morning breakfast wasn't available. (Staff were setting up for the more complete meal). However, one staff member made it possible to put together a small sandwich to go."
