Great location and tasty breakfast. Staff were helpful and bedding was very clean/fresh and comfortable. Room decor was not to my taste, but was consistent. Really struggled to find the entry door light switch.

Imponerade hotell med centralt lÀge.

The Vault i Helsingborg imponerar med sin stilfulla och coola inredning. Personalen Àr bÄde trevlig och serviceinriktad och rummen Àr rena, bekvÀma och rymliga. För den som Àr kÀnslig för ljud kan det vara bra att be om ett rum lÀngre bort frÄn restaurangerna dÄ musiken och ljudnivÄn dÀrifrÄn stör nattsömnen.

Trevlig vistelse pÄ The Vault Hotel

Hotellet har hög standard och mycket god service och mycket trevligt bemötande. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett mycket trevligt rum med utsikt över bÄde hamnen och KÀrnan. Mycket lugn och trevlig frukost med fint utbud. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

Noga genomtÀnkt frukost. Inget som gÄr till överdrift. Skön sÀng, hÀrliga kuddar. Ljudligt frÄn gatan men inget som inte öronproppar kan hantera. Finns rum emot gÄrd. Men jag Àlskar vimlet och att öppna upp och stÄ och kolla ifrÄn den söta franska balkongen. Fint och hÀrligt bemötande. StrÄlande helt enkelt, dÄ Àven lÀget Àr kanon!

Ett riktigt trevligt hotell med bra lÀge, mycket trevlig personal och mysiga rum. Ett viktigt men dock, se till att boka rum inÄt gÄrden, vi fick rum utÄt gatan dÀr en nattklubb spelade hög musik fram till kl 3 pÄ natten vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova. Vi fick pga av detta ett annat rum av mycket vÀnlig personal för vÄr andra natt. Givet andra recensenter verkar problemet med nattklubben vara ett problem som pÄgÄtt en lÀngre tid tyvÀrr, och eftersom det Àr en gammal byggnad med gamla fönster sÄ lÄter det dÀrmed in vÀldigt mycket (plus att det saknas AC rummen). Men rummen in mot gÄrden/baksidan var mycket trevliga och utan störande ljud.

Underbara sÀngar! Enl rumsbeskrivning skulle rummet ha utsikt mot stan, men nÀr vi vÀl fick vÄrt rum var det inÄt gÄrden! Mycket mörkt!!! Gick ej att byta dÄ hotellet var fullt, ej heller dagen efter!!! Skulle ha önskat rum med t utsikt mot gatan, men dÄ hotels hade skrivit det i rumskategorin sÄg jag det inte som att man behövde önska! Rummet mycket mörkt ocksÄ! MörkblÄ vÀggar och mörkblÄ heltÀckningsmatta! Ett fönster med ljusinslÀpp! I receptionen fick vi reda pÄ att det var en mörk vÄning, alltsÄ mörka rum! Visste inte man skulle önska en ljus vÄning! Besviken! Dyr parkering överallt i Helsingborg. Trots 15% rabatt , mat billigare och godare pÄ andra restauranger! Finns massor runt hörnet! Fantastisk frukostbuffé!

Rummet var kokhett, trots öppet fönster var det som att sova i en bastu. FlÀkten som stod pÄ rummet var mkt högljudd sÄ blev inte bra. FörstÄr att det Àr ett gammalt hus men benÀmner man sig som lyxhotell förvÀntar man sig en god natts sömn. Besviken pÄ frukosten ocksÄ. Hotellet Àr fint och charmigt men betygsÀtter grundat pÄ att man uttrycker sig vara ett lyxhotell.

Otroligt fint designerhotell med supersköna sÀngar. ToppenlÀge och god frukost. Servicen nÀr vi ville köpa drinkar ute var bristfÀllig, fick inte kontakt med tjejen som serverade och nÀr vi frÄgade fick vi gÄ in sjÀlva. Mycket trevlig personal för övrigt.
