An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

"Lovely location and great service. Only negative was that my room wasn’t ready for check-in at 3pm as promised which left me little time to get ready for my event. It is a big hotel and there is lots of guests so expect queues for checkin, bar, breakfast buffet etc I would stay again and try the spa facilities next time."
