No phone in the room - when I tried to call them to get a password for the internet on my mobile it rang out - so a walk down to the front desk that should have been offered at the outset - or on a sign or card in the room. No tissues in the bathroom ...

Scandic Grand Marina
Room was newly refurbished and design choices were not useful: a pillar in front of the TV for example and curtains which were not intuitive to find to close. We were also up sold to a superior king room and actually only had 2 twin beds. We complained ans received a refund.
