"Easy friendly check in"

"The room was not clean. We had to work on the shower to get it to spray. Elevator carpet was filthy. When we checked out I asked for my receipt and I got a blank piece of paper with no amount that was charged. I will now need to look into my credit card statement to make sure they billed me correctly. I was thankful we were only there to sleep before my daughters graduation."

"Room poor, bed uncomfortable, light over bed too bright so hard to sleep, wall thin so loud. Located in bad area, only stayed one night and went to another hotel for rest of our stay. Won’t be back."

"There was a late check out for $20 cash, which was helpful being I ran the marathon and wanted to come back to get ready for the day afterwards. There was no soap in the dispenser for the sink and the dispensers in the shower were hard to get the product out."

"This hotel was surprisingly nice, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and a lot of our party really enjoyed the pool area."

"The rooms were clean with neat themes (ours was the Cinema Room with a chest of drawers made to look like a box of popcorn). We did not go in the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay again."

"Wow. They saw that we were running the Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon and offered a late start so we could shower after the race was over. We were so very appreciative. AWESOME!"
