"I've stayed here before; I'm usually glad to come back to the Manhattan Club. BUT, this time the housekeeping staff failed to replenish the coffee, we couldn't get the coffee maker to work on the second day, and the room was freezing cold (69 degrees) our first night; I turned the temp up to 73, but it was 78 degrees in our room when I awoke, totally overheated. Wish we had a better stay."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and only gave us 4 towels (mind you, we’re 4 guests). When I asked one of the staff for more towels they said that 4 towels is the max they give out. I had to insist more for them to finally compromise on 2 extra towels ( they never gave it to us). In one of those nights we got lock out of the property because the lock was malfunctioning, had to call the staff at 12am. "
