"It was a very chill stay. My son and husband were really excited about playing craps while at the casino. But, the crab’s table never opened up. So, that was a little disappointing. But other than that, it was a nice stay."
"Our stay was a rough go. The entire hotel is very tired, not well kept and filthy dirty. The air conditioning had a mind of it's own, and the included breakfast was an experience. Mold in the bathrooms too. Thankfully we only used the hotel to sleep at night, so we weren't there for any extended period of time. But will not stay again. It needs a serious renovation, and a staff to keep it clean!"
"When we first arrived we were given a dirty room. There were no towels and the floor was very dirty. It looked like the bed was made that was it. We went to the front desk and said something. They then gave us another room in the exact same condition. Which when you opened the door you had to throw your body weight into because it was stuck. No towels and dirty floor in the second room too. We left and went to the race. The next morning I went to the office and asked for towels. The lady at the desk told me I had to exchange our old ones to get new ones. I told her that we never got any. She told me she would send the cleaning people with towels to the room when they got there at 7am. She took my name and number and said she would tell management. At 8:30 we still didn’t have any towels, so we went to find a cleaning person to get some. After we got towels. I went to shower and the shower had no hot water at all. The sink was the only thing with hot water. Outlets by the bed didn’t work. I have still never been contacted by management 2 days later."
"I called the central reservation desk to extend my stay at 08000 the morning of check-in. They verified the reservation under the current ID was extended. When I confirmed this with the front desk, she said they were no rooms available. There was no discussion and she and the next clerk gave no explanation. There were no positive interactions. Just 'We don't have any rooms". I had to come down to the desk after getting in my night clothes as there were no linens for the pull out bed. I had to carry them up by myself. No offer to help with the task. This was NOT a customer friendly place. There are no other places to stay in this little town, so I guess they dont have to try!!!!! NEVER AGAIN"
