"I am a single mom who was looking for 2 days of respite. I booked a single king sized bed with a jet tub and it was an absolutely wonderful trip. First of all, it was sooo clean! There's also a diner 'Ruby's Family Restaurant' that has quick and quality food. Close enough to walk to if you don't drive. (They do take out if you want to take it back to your room and eat in peace.) Dominos delivers to your exact door at the hotel and leaves it without interaction if you want to really decompress. The employees are kind and thoughtful, always quick to help me with my questions and specific requests. I always got smiles and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The building is locked securely from I believe 11 pm - 6 am and you need a key card to enter. I felt really safe and I don't find that often in hotels. There is a public pool that was clean and clear and I saw a lot of families use it if that's what you are looking for. They have basic directTV, a continental breakfast from 6-9 am every morning, coffee in the lobby. Snack, drink, and ice machines with plenty of varieties to choose from. I WILL be coming back!"
"When I first pulled into the parking lot I thought what have I gotten myself into? Because it doesn't look like much from the outside. But I checked in and my room was actually very nice. Quite clean and it looked like they were spending money on the rooms rather than the outside of the building which is good. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was good. However, when I went to get some ice, the guest services room was awful. The ice machine was dirty and it didn't work. That room needs to have some attention. And don't put an ice bucket in the room if the ice machine looks like that."
"This place had the softest most comfortable bedding I have ever felt in my entire life and I have stayed in probably a hundred different hotels. If being comfortable in bed is your priority in a hotel, you cannot get any better than this!
They have garages which is unheard of for a hotel, however I did not get one because not every unit has one and I didn't want to wait 20 minutes to get a unit that had a garage, it wasn't that important but if having a garage is important to you, this is quite a bonus!
It is within walking distance to a couple of gas stations and a dollar store and a park. Amazing location!"
