"We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean with just some minor stains on the sofa. The staff were helpful and got us an extra pillow when we asked. If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a sleep mask. I forgot mine and it was a bit bright, but I was still able to sleep. Just some information to help prepare someone, not a complaint at all! This hotel is close to everything we needed for the night and next morning, which was super helpful. We were also glad that the breakfast was more than cereal and bread! Having protein options for breakfast meant we didn't have to go buy breakfast. We'll stay there again if we're going through Council Bluffs. It was an excellent experience."
