From the outside, I would call this a Motel rather than a Hotel. But inside, the rooms are updated and clean. We stayed four nights while I was visiting my family in Henderson. It is honestly so much better than I had anticipated based on how it looks from the outside.

No one at front desk. A monitor with a zoom connection. I couldnt understand the person on the other end very well. Issues were difficult to resolve. Other guests seemed sketchy someone dumped trash in the back of my pickup during my stay. Room was clean. Everything worked.

We thought it was a great value for the amount we paid. The staff was very friendly and the unit was very clean. We can tell that efforts are being made to update and improve the property. We would have liked a luggage rack and a few more hangers. Some shelves would be nice for storing items outside the suitcase. Overall we were pleased with our visit.

AMAZING

We loved the experience. It was my bday so i wanted something different and unique and nice. This hotel hit all spots. Big tv,nice hot tub. Loves the swans made out of towels. It made me feel so special. And the breakfast was so good.

The location is very good. The cleanliness & comfort of my room was very good. The service is very good. The price is excellent. A little rough around the edges on the outside. Dogs welcome, $25 a night. Free Continental breakfast.

Hypoallegenic and good bed for back and hip

The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me.

They are in the process of remodeling and doing a great job. Somethings yet to be completed but looking good so far. Modern plugs for rechargeable electronics. No tub but nice looking shower. Breakfast not so good, went to Denny's within walking distance.

DON’T STAY HERE

The images the website showed were totally false. The rooms were dark and must have been built 100 years. My wife almost got sick because our room stunk of cigarettes. The help were not helpful, reluctant to answer our questions. We are seasoned travelers and not once have we left hotel. I am asking for a refund. We’ll see how customer friendly they are..
