服務人員不在伊朵的櫃檯，需要打點話聯絡後再辦理入住，此外服務人員態度熱情，值得稱許

找不到伊朵,什麼都要用問的,应該是由旁邊的亞曼達委託經營(服務人員態度很好),進房3点也延遲,地板超沙,不讓我們穿鞋進入,裡面有準備大人的拖鞋,沒有小孩的,但我們也不敢穿。

家庭遊住宿好選舉

地點方便，週邊交通空間也很便利，整體都不錯，唯一就是離馬路上太近，半夜都聽車輛行駛聲，其他都不錯。

之前有住過亞曼達，整體性都性都好。此次入住(2人房)想說都是集團下的飯店，相對的品質也不會落差很多。但此次入住，與預期落差很大，以客房清潔度來說，就讓人打叉叉，傢俱週圍.衣櫃裡及窗簾全都是灰塵;浴室窗戶也都是發霉的痕跡及地板牆壁接縫以出現嚴重的裂縫。誇張的事情發生了，換洗時沒有熱水(原來熱水器沒電了，可見平時飯店管理出現了問題)，只能說是很不好的住宿經驗。 但不得不提，飯店人員服務態度是很好的，即時為客人解救，辛苦您們了。

真的是很不錯的民宿

其實這間民宿真的很不錯, Staff 很好很尊業, 唯一令我覺得要改善的就係沖涼的花灑, 水壓不太stable

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff

We travelled to the hotel from Koahsiung by public coach. We searched before the trip that the nearest bus stop is Ma On Shan and it's just opposite to the hotel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself is comfortable and the bathroom is very large. The best part of the stay was that we were upgraded to the high grade hotel next to it on the second night as there was renovation work. Breakfast was ok.
