"The room was kept extremely clean and the staff were always very helpful. The hotel's location is near several bus stops for both tours and the city's public transportation. Many of the Reykjavik's best restaurants are within walking distance."

"This location was excellent to walk to a corner market a block away, restaurants and nightlife. We didn’t cook but having the option would be great for a longer stay."

"Good place to stay. Nice living area and kitchen. 2nd bedroom is a bit small so we had to leave our luggage in the living area.
Decent price/quality ratio for Reykjavik."

"Nice place. A lot of building going on in the area so there should be more things around there soon. Otherwise it’s a short walk to restaurants and stores."

"Loved staying at Alfred's studios - 15 minute walk to the 14 bus stop for the flybus and tours; and 2 blocks from all the shops and restaurants.
My tall husband was very happy with the bed lengths, there was everything we needed to cook breakfast.
One thing to note - no elevator and the stairs are steep, somewhat narrow and winding so try to get a lower floor room if you bring luggage."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel!
The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with many stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store next door, and bus stop 9 a block away. The location made it easy to get out to see Reykjavik and Iceland's natural beauty.
The hotel has a cozy, quiet, welcoming atmosphere — stylish but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a bit small but cozy. No gym on the property, but close to the seawall to walk, run, and explore.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful hotel in Reykjavik with great food, shopping and sightseeing options nearby.
Can’t wait to come back someday!"
"Very friendly staff and incredibly accommodating after our flight was cancelled they went above and beyond to arrange a room for another night. They didn’t have to do this but made us feel very welcome and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! "
"The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik"
