"The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She directed us to a very nice restaurant. I noticed that she cared about the people she served. We she saw an older lady having trouble with her luggage, The receptionist served the people at her counter and then left her station to help the lady with her baggage."

"The hotel was lacking baseboards everywhere so that kind brought the overall look down but assuming its in progress? The front desk lady was very sweet and the lady stocking the breakfast area was wonderful, on her game! Typical hotel breakfast fare with a line at the waffle maker but it did not run out! No fresh fruit but excellent hot and cold items. Decent sized indoor seating and a nice patio outside. My only complaint was someone needs to learn to vacuum to the edges and corners of the room and use attachments. "

"Had to ask for pool towels, front desk staff showed up at work on Saturday and Sunday wearing the same clothes… Sweatpants and a Sweashirt. Always on her personal phone. Standing right outside the entranace smoking. Had to ask for toilet paper because both bathrooms right outside her door were empty, she handed them to me to put away. Bathroom grabages were over full. No extra toilet paper in our room. On check out day..Sunday, cleaning staff had hallway blocked we had to move their stuff so we could get down the hall. "

"Bathroom sink water pressure, barely more than a trickle. View from window was looking at the roof of the lower floor. Television weird orientation, sticking out in the main pathway from the entry to either the bathroom or the bed and I kept bumping into it. Could hear every squeaky step taken in the room above."

"All the 10/10 reviews are either employees or are posted by a paid BOT. I'd give this hotel a 5/10 because they’ve renovated the room but they still have to fix some major issues to get a better review. The rooms have been renovated with new fixtures and this could be a good hotel soon, the bed is comfortable and the fridge and a/c work, but right now when you first open a faucet or the shower, brown water comes out of them, the TV doesn't work, there are no local channels so I missed all my primetime shows, and every internet TV channel freezes after 2 minutes viewing them and the remote volume didn’t work. The WIFI is slow. I was going to stay all week but read the reviews before I paid and changed it to 1 day to test. I'm so glad I did because if it's not fixed tonight, I'll be able to leave and find a place that works. One employee doing everything around the property is too much. I waited a while at the reception to check in. She was very nice and apologized but she can't be expected to be in two places at the same time. I got an email asking about my stay and I answered. They then sent me a reply like if I've never used a TV before. Today I went to check out and there's a sign saying the office is closed because the employee had to leave for an emergency. Again, one employee running the hotel isn't enough. "
