"Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night."

"I understand it is an older hotel but the conditions of the rooms are terrible .You walk in and it smells like smoke and mildew .Very old and dirty chairs a person wouldn’t dare sit in .The bed had springs in the mattress not comfortable at all .Bathroom was dirty , found a dead roach on the floor , old shampoo and soap and a floor towel in the tub .The wallpaper by the door had been wet and was peeling down , curtains were very old and yellowed from smoke .Only positive was location .Will not be staying here again"

"The property is filling in the pool with cement or some kind of drit or sand. It is an out door pool that isn't going to be used with the why it looked to use cause it looked like they was filling it with something."

"First off the price I was given when I reserved the room was less than what I actually paid! After I reserved the room I called the hotel to double check that my room had a Jacuzzi (that's the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place), when I got there my room had no Jacuzzi! Said it had water damage. Didn't give me a discount price since the room I reserved a week ahead wasn't ready. Room wasn't clean. Owner was extremely rude!"

"Bailey and Leslie went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They were friendly and welcoming but also gave us our privacy. The food was amazing all 3 mornings we were at Home Sweet Home. We stayed in the Paris Suite and found the bed to be very comfortable and the suite to be clean & spacious There were plenty of fans to circulate the air around the room and lamps to lighten up the space. If you ever find yourself in Paris tn, I would highly recommend staying at Home Sweet Home Bed and Breakfast. Thanks Bailey and Leslie for sharing your place with us!"

"The room was absolutely disgusting. Door looked like it was kicked in multiple times. Door frame busted. Probably over 900 stairs on the walls/floors and ceilings. Floor was broken and buckled from water damage with a hole in the bathroom. Beds had hundreds of stains on them. Room and bathroom reaked of cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Every outlet was loose and falling out of the wall and didn’t work. All the nobs were missing on the dresser. Tv remote was sticky. Had to run the shower for 15 minutes to finally have barely warm water and the pressure was barely past a dribble. 10/10 would not reccomend. Also it’s 100% non refundable and you can not view the room unless you pay in advance for atleast 3 days. Most of the people that stay there actually live there. Highly sus"
