"Breakfast was Great!! I only booked this hotel because they offered FULL Breakfast that included Bacon as shown in their description. When we went to Breakfast, there was no bacon, just sausages, which I don't care for After expressing my disappointment to the kitchen staff, Keisha, she went above and beyond and Cooked some bacon just for us,. This really made my day 😋 Thanks Keisha!! You Rock 💘"

"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely helpful and engaging throughout my visit, from the front desk team to the room attendants and kitchen staff. Their friendly and attentive service made a positive impression. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness of the mattress, which is something I always pay attention to when traveling. The only issue I noticed was that the hallway carpet could have been cleaned a little better. Also, the pillows were much too soft for my preference. It would be nice if the hotel offered firmer pillow options for guests who need more support. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and clean accommodations. staff was very helpful and engaging from the front desk, room attendant s and kitchen staff. The only issue I had was that the carpet in the hallway could be a little bit more clear buy, other than that the room was really clean, even the mattress was clean. One other thing is those pillows they are too soft they should invest in some firm pillows also."

"I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Texas Roadhouse was next to the hotel which was a plus because we could walk there without driving there. We were close to the stores and restaurants."

"My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping"

"My room was on the small side but so well appointed and set up that it didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was very small, however. The room was clean and the staff (front desk and bellmen) so helpful and kind. Such a beautiful Southern hotel. The rooftop balcony is lovely and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when next in Augusta."
