"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Europe. The hotel was updated, clean, and had a kind and welcoming staff. I really appreciated the uniqueness of the property and the excellent fresh breakfast. "Very quiet but effective air conditioning which was essential during a heatwave. Only criticism was that on looking where the hotel is it looked like the tram was very close but there have been very long running roadworks one the bridge which made it a longer walk to the tram."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was a Castle view which didn’t disappoint, fully air conditioned with rain fall shower in the bathroom. You are on 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from the old town, there is a good range of places to eat nearby with many more in the old town. We used the hotel underground car park for ease but there are many more places nearby. Heidelberg is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back."

"I have traveled to more than 30 countries and five continents. This hotel will always be in my memories. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for her birthday during our trip. Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancé walked in the room and wasn’t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ❤️"
