The owner, George, is extremely friendly as are the staff in the café...if your having a hard time finding the place go to the café in the picture and they will help you find George. The location is perfect...near the bus station, the sites and public transportation (to Knossos). It is an older building so it creaks a bit but its really a charming place. I highly recommend!

Good location
Excellent location, but there was no hot water in the mornings. When we complained, the host argued with us and told us he simply needs to save money.
