Bar service was a little slow during happy hour time. We couldn’t check in until an hour after check-in time which was slightly inconvenient; looking back, it would’ve been helpful to unwind somewhere on the property and get a text when our room was ready. The hotel was very clean & the rooms were a little small, but had everything and were also very clean.The pool area was small, but lovely and suited us perfectly. The hotel is located about a 10-15min walk from the city centre and the sites were all accessible by walking, taxi or bus which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back."

Bar staff and waiter/ waitresses work hard and are friendly and welcoming. Downside: Housekeeping is dreadful. When we enquired as to why our room was still not attended to by 5.30pm, we were told to just relax and enjoy our holiday.
